CHICKEN LOLLY POP
CHICKEN LEG PIECES - 6 SALT GARAM MASALA POWDER - 1 TABLESPOON RED FOOD COLOUR - 1 pinch CUMIN/(JEERA POWDER)- half tsp CHILLI POWDER - as required (minimum 1 tsp) LEMON JUICE - 1 Tsp CURD - 1 tablespoon TURMERIC POWDER - 1/4 Tsp CORIANDER LEAVES - chopped and crushed GINGER+GARLIC PASTE - 1 tablespoon
CLEAN LEG PIECES AND MAKE SLIGHT CUTS WITH KNIFE IN THE FLESHY PORTIONS.
MIX ALL THE OTHER INGREDIENTS TOGETHER AND APPLY WELL ON THE LEG PIECES. KEEP ASIDE FOR 1 HOUR OR MORE.
SHALLOW FRY ON NONSTICK TAWA TURNING EACH SIDE TILL THE CHICKEN PIECES ARE COOKED WELL...REALLY YUMMY WITH RICE ON SUNDAYS....A TREAT FOR ALL NON VEG LOVERS
